Important

This page is a practical website policy and not a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel.

1. Who we are

Monoforge Graphene Private Limited ("Monoforge", "we", "us" or "our") is developing a graphite-to-graphene materials and manufacturing platform in India. This policy applies to personal data processed through this website and related email correspondence.

For privacy questions, rights requests or grievances, contact contact@mfgraphene.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries and protect our services.

  • Information you provide: your name, organisation, work email, area of interest, project context and any other information you choose to include in an enquiry or later correspondence.
  • AI assistant messages: questions you enter and the limited recent conversation context needed to generate a response.
  • Optional analytics information: if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page views, approximate location, traffic source, device and browser information, interaction events and successful-enquiry events. We do not intentionally send enquiry text, names or email addresses to analytics.
  • Technical information: internet protocol address, device or browser information, request timestamps, security events and similar server-log data that may be generated by our hosting and security providers.
  • Correspondence and relationship records: messages, meeting notes, requested materials and follow-up communications where relevant to a technical, commercial, research, supplier or investment discussion.

3. Information you should not submit

Please do not send passwords, financial account details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal data through the enquiry form or AI assistant.

An enquiry does not create a confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation. Do not submit trade secrets, proprietary formulations or confidential technical files unless an appropriate written agreement is already in place.

AI assistant messages are not a confidential communication channel. Do not enter proprietary project information, unpublished results or commercially sensitive details.

4. How we use personal data

  • To receive, assess and respond to your enquiry.
  • To generate automated answers to questions submitted through the AI assistant and protect that service from abuse.
  • To communicate about materials, research, supply, product development, investment or commercial partnerships you ask us to discuss.
  • To maintain relationship and project records where a discussion progresses.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and enquiry delivery service.
  • With your consent, to understand website usage, identify useful content and measure successful enquiry submissions through Google Analytics 4.
  • To prevent spam, fraud, abuse or security incidents and comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. When we share information

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share limited information only where reasonably necessary with:

  • Service providers supporting website hosting, security, analytics, AI responses and email delivery. With consent, website usage data may be processed by Google Analytics 4; AI assistant messages may be processed by OpenAI to generate a response; and enquiries are currently delivered using Resend.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers or financing counterparties subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Research, technical or commercial partners where you request or reasonably expect their involvement, or after obtaining appropriate permission.
  • Government bodies, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
  • A successor organisation in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing or transfer of business, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. International processing

Some technology providers may process or store information outside India. Where international processing occurs, we will use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards and follow restrictions required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep information

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain an active business relationship, to resolve disputes or to satisfy legal, accounting and security requirements.

Enquiry records are normally reviewed after 24 months from the last meaningful interaction. They may be deleted, anonymised or retained longer where a discussion remains active, a contract requires it, or law permits or requires retention.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including transport encryption, restricted access, server-side handling of the enquiry service and security monitoring. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and provide information about that processing.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate personal data.
  • Erase personal data that is no longer needed or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
  • Stop optional communications or raise a grievance about how your information is handled.
  • Accept, decline or later change optional analytics through the Analytics preferences control in the website footer.

10. Requests and grievance handling

Send requests to contact@mfgraphene.com from the email address connected with your enquiry and describe the action you want us to take. We may request limited information to verify identity and protect against unauthorised disclosure.

We aim to acknowledge privacy grievances within seven business days and resolve them within 30 days, or within another period required by applicable law. If a matter remains unresolved, you may approach the competent authority available under applicable data-protection law.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable.
