Supplier selection and qualification
Evaluate Sri Lankan suppliers against agreed specifications, documentation and traceability requirements.

Integrated Value Chain
Monoforge will source vein graphite through qualified suppliers in Sri Lanka, verify the incoming material and connect cross-border logistics, graphene conversion, quality validation and commercial product development as one controlled pathway.
Supplier selection, feedstock specifications, location, capacity and operating plans remain subject to qualification, statutory approvals, financing, commissioning and final project decisions.
Material Journey
Evaluate Sri Lankan suppliers against agreed specifications, documentation and traceability requirements.
Review material certificates, origin records, batch identity and handling information before intake.
Manage compliant transport and handling from the supplier to the planned manufacturing platform in Kerala.
Confirm carbon profile, impurities, moisture, handling stability and downstream suitability before conversion.
Convert qualified feedstock into selected graphene materials and engineered delivery formats in Kerala.
Relate material structure and processing to measurable performance in customer-relevant systems.
Sri Lankan Vein Graphite
Sri Lankan vein graphite is a naturally occurring crystalline form of graphite found in mineral veins. Published studies commonly describe it as highly crystalline and naturally high in carbon, making it a relevant candidate for graphene conversion. Monoforge will source this material through suppliers in Sri Lanka and will not conduct mining operations.
Evaluate crystalline structure, carbon content, morphology and impurity profile as feedstock characteristics.
Source documented vein graphite through qualified Sri Lankan suppliers against agreed specifications.
Verify every incoming lot because grade, impurities and conversion behaviour can vary by supplier and batch.
